No. While some writing and editing experience can help you organise your thoughts, we welcome bold thinkers from all backgrounds. Our editors will work with you to ensure your submission meets our guidelines.

No. We're looking for editors with expertise in one or more of our subject areas. If you're confident in your knowledge, we'll provide the support you need to succeed in the role.

The role is flexible and article-based. You'll be in our editor database and contacted only when a pitch matching your expertise is accepted. You'll collaborate with the author and Theme Leads to turn the accepted pitch into a finished article. Expect to spend approximately 4-6 hours per article, depending on your experience and the piece's complexity.
You are free to accept or decline any engagement based on your availability.

At present, we are not in a position to offer compensation for contributions. As we grow, we are exploring funding pathways to ensure contributors receive direct payment for their work.

Yes, our authors are available for comments, interviews, and speaking engagements. However, we believe their time and expertise should be properly compensated. We do not expect them to participate in these activities without a fee.

No, we do not accept full article submissions. We ask that you first submit a pitch of up to 300 words. If accepted, our editors will then work directly with you to develop your idea into a full article that aligns with our editorial model. You can find more information on our Pitch Review Process here
